About the Role: This is a cross-college role requiring flexibility to travel between centres. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis , this role offers the chance to transition into a permanent position following a successful initial period. As a SEND Lead, you will: Provide exceptional student support from transition to positive destinations post-college.
