TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a highly supportive and specialist SEND provision in Bristol. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistants who are confident in supporting pupils aged 2–19 with severe learning disabilities (SLD) and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Many of our pupils also have co-existing needs such as autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or complex medical requirements, so a calm, proactive approach is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ CACHE Level 2/3 (or equivalent), or a minimum of 6 months experience supporting children or young people with additional needs in an educational, care, or specialist setting.

✅ Confidence in supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including SLD, PMLD, ASC, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and/or medical requirements.
