Location: Hessle Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £90–£120 per day

We are now seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
About the Role
As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with students across the school and sixth form who have a wide range of learning, communication, sensory, physical or social needs. Your role will involve:
Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support
Helping pupils engage with learning tasks and build independence
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Using visual supports, structured routines and assistive resources
Assisting with personal care needs where required
Creating a safe, encouraging, and respectful learning environment
Utilising the schools outstanding facilities such as Hydrotherapy pool, trampolining room or one of their many purpose built ...
