8:30am – 3:30pm | KS2 SEND Support | Level 2/3 Qualification | Coventry, West Midlands

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small‑group support within a KS2 classroom. This part‑time role is ideal for someone with strong SEND experience who is passionate about helping pupils with additional needs feel safe, confident and ready to learn. Candidate Requirements

* SEND experience is essential

* Ideally Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualified

* Confident supporting pupils with additional needs in KS2

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Calm, patient and nurturing approach

* Understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

Role Responsibilities

* Providing 1:1 and small‑group SEND support within KS2

* Assisting with personalised learning plans and interventions

* Supporting emotional regulation, communication and daily routines

* Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated and confident

* Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
