Life-Ready Learning: Using modern facilities to bridge the gap between academics and essential life skills.
Adapting on the Fly: Switching your teaching style mid-lesson because a student's "learning trajectory" just shifted.
The Essentials (Requirements):
A "SEND Spark": A deep-seated interest in Special Educational Needs across various age groups.
Instinct: We value Qualified Teachers (QTS), ECTs, and Unqualified Teachers with the right passion. The school will support your formal qualifications if the "spark" is there.
