SEND Teaching Assistant - Hayes (Immediate Start)

Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Hayes. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking to further develop their experience within a specialist school setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEND as a Teaching Assistant Support students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH Assist teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging, and differentiated lessons Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development Support with personal care where required Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

What We're Looking For

Availability to start immediately Previous experience working with children or young people in a professional setting Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable but not essential) A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND Why Register with Envision Education:
