**Location:** Redbourn **Pay:** £95 - £120 per day (DOE) **Hours:** 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Time Only) **Start:** ASAP

We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support students across both primary and secondary age groups in a specialist setting. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships and helping young people overcome barriers to learning, this role is for you.

### Your Role

* Support pupils with **ASD, SLCN, MLD, and additional learning needs** * Work closely with teachers to deliver **tailored 1:1 and small group support** * Encourage **communication, engagement, and independence** * Help maintain a **structured, calm, and inclusive classroom environment**
