SEND Teaching Assistant

Are you looking to make a difference whilst supporting children with their learning? Do you have a calm and nurturing approach? We are looking for full time SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a one to one and a group basis at schools across Leeds. You will have experience working in a specialist education, mainstream or care setting and / or level 2 or 3 qualified. A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines. The ability to be flexible, a team player and communicate well with children, staff and parents and build positive relationships. Leeds Supply Service is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adheres to the Keeping Children Safe guidance. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
