Job Description:

The Account Executive will execute a strategic sales plan to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, driving significant revenue growth within their designated territory.

• Prospecting and Engagement: Engaging with potential clients, including HR executives, COOs, site managers, through both virtual and on-site meetings to understand their needs.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Owning the end-to-end sales process for deals ranging from $500k to $1M gross revenue (ACV), with a 120-day average sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Long-Term Relationship Building and Client Success: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional support, onboarding assistance and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful implementation, optimal utilization of services, and ongoing client satisfaction.
