As an experienced member of the client services team, you'll have the flexibility to shape your role around your strengths while playing a pivotal part in driving the continued success and growth of the division.The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role within the company, serving as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships and seamless project execution. They also play a vital role in mentoring and guiding junior team members in their career development. Beyond delivering on client briefs, the Senior Account Manager proactively explores innovative and more effective strategies to achieve the client's overarching goals.Managing various projects, you will take pride in delivering outstanding medical communications projects (including advisory board, symposia, congress activities, publications, training materials, webinars etc) while staying highly organised and proactive to meet client needs.
