Are you a skilled Account Manager with a background in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based solutions ?
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business with products used by hundreds of public and private sector organisations across the UK including major names in healthcare, local government, housing, utilities, and professional services.
What youll do
Manage a portfolio of 60+ existing UK-based subscription customers
Drive renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities within your account base
Lead land-and-expand activity deepening relationships and identifying new revenue streams
Sell the full SaaS platform and associated services to existing clients
What youll bring
2+ years experience in a SaaS or subscription-based account management role
Proven success in renewals, retention, and upselling / cross selling within existing accounts
Target-driven with a consultative, value-led sales style
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
