What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client accounts, managing 450 clients from day one Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across a B2B platform Conduct service level reviews to identify gaps, improve the client experience, and uncover growth opportunities Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell and product improvement opportunities Analyze usage and performance data to spot trends and commercial opportunities Help define processes and best practices for a newly established Account Management function Mentor and eventually manage additional Account Managers as the team growsWho You Are
