Learn more at digitashealthldn.com.OverviewAs a Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of healthcare and pharma accounts, delivering high‑quality work across multiple projects while playing a more proactive role in shaping client solutions. You’ll already have solid agency experience and will draw on this to confidently advise clients, recommend approaches, and propose solutions to their challenges — often without needing senior escalation. You’ll be trusted to contribute strategically, not just operationally.ResponsibilitiesManaging and delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timing and budget controlActing as a key day‑to‑day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships across all organisational levelsTaking on Account Director‑level responsibilities on selected accounts and workstreamsApplying strong knowledge of the client’s business to actively contribute to and critically assess content developmentLeading and supporting change management programmes within complex client environmentsIdentifying opportunities for account growth, continuous improvement and added valueManaging budgets and demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumenLine managing and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance cultureConfidently influencing, consulting and negotiating with stakeholders across regions and geographiesQualificationsProven experience within a healthcare and pharmaceutical agency environmentA strong track record delivering integrated marketing and communications projectsExperience working across multiple projects and accounts simultaneouslyExcellent stakeholder management skills, including senior and global stakeholdersThe confidence to have strategic conversations with clients independentlyStrong relationship‑building skills across all levels of an organisationExperience working with geographically dispersed teams and global clients (highly desirable)A solutions‑focused mindset, using evidence‑based insight to drive continuous improvementAdditional InformationDigitas Health offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
