The Role;
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities; Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new client acquisition.
