We're an agile team working within a well-established company. You'll be an essential member of the team working closely with the business on a range of exciting projects.As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, you will define and deliver market-facing and digitally enabled products for our customers. Working within a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for understanding and analysing user and business needs. You will work alongside the team to help shape and build our business analysis and design thinking capability by contributing to a range of practice development initiatives.This role is working across our cooperate platforms working closely with platform managers working with fast moving stakeholders.The role:Analyse current services and processes and identify and implement opportunities to optimise theseProvide innovative recommendations to challenges that will meet users' needsSupport the development of business cases for digital productsSupport in the definition of new product requirements using a combination of requirements elicitation techniques - qualitative research, quantitative research, stakeholder workshops, current state analysis, competitor research, etc.Work with the delivery team to define well thought-out user storiesWork with the development team to ensure that the stories are implemented effectively and deliver the user needsKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:5+ years of experience as a business analyst working on digital productsBackground in delivering digital products / services with experience of working across the full product/ software lifecycle (design, implementation, testing)Experience working in an agile environment, where agile and/or lean practices and approaches are applied as a way of working to deliver technology productsAbility to support product owner in formulation of product vision, product roadmap and management of product backlogAbility to convert business requirements into technical business requirements and provide technical solutionsNice to have skills:Previously worked in a consultancyScrum master experienceWorking across cooperate comm'sWork Environment:Even if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!What we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
