Position:

In this role as senior architect you will lead a small internal team, liaising with client, consultant and contractor teams to ensure that design intent is carried seamlessly through to deliver beautifully crafted and joyful workplace and private home refurbishments. You will play a key role in the drawn output of the office, producing and coordinating information and packages, sharing knowledge and inspiring teams to technical excellence.

Candidate:

This is a role for an ARB and RIBA registered architect with a strong technical focus who thrives in a dynamic design studio and enjoys getting into the nitty gritty of projects. The successful candidate will have significant experience leading UK commercial workplace and private residential projects across all stages, with a particular focus on RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5. Although a technically focused role, you will be from a design focused background with demonstrable consideration for materiality, detail and craft. This firm focus on fit out and refurbishment of sensitive and historic buildings so experience working with retrofit and existing fabrics essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.
