Our client, a dynamic design and build consultancy specializing in high-quality, bespoke architectural and construction projects, is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding team. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, the company combines innovative design with practical delivery solutions. Our client are also seeking an Architect to transition into a Project Management role so offers excellent progression.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Architect who is ready to take a lead role in design and project management. The successful candidate will drive design development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee technical detailing, and manage client relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence projects from concept through construction and to grow further into a senior leadership position within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
You will have the chance to work on projects including small to large-scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions, primarily within the Commercial and Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across RIBA Stages 2-7, with a proven track record in leading architectural design, technical delivery, and client liaison. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural design and construction documentation.

Lead design development from concept through detailed design and construction documentation in line with RIBA stages Manage project teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to ensure cohesive delivery Oversee project planning, risk management, procurement advice, programme monitoring, and contract administration Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, visualisations, and material boards Undertake feasibility studies, planning submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination with engineers Apply sustainable design principles aligned with the company's commitment to environmental performance Present design proposals and technical information to clients, local authorities, and external consultants Foster commercial awareness and client relationships to support business growth Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop their skills and professional experienceSenior Architect Requirements
