Company Description

Thames Valley Surveying Limited are Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers providing commercial and residential surveys throughout the UK. We specialize in dilapidations, design and project management of commercial and education refurbishments, extensions, architectural design, contract administration, Party Walls, and Condition Surveys.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor. The position is based in Reading, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Senior / Associate Building Surveyor will have experience with working with clients in local authorities and higher education with strong design and contract adminstration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or related field
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology inc CAD
