Job Description

Join an engineering team to play a pivotal role in building highly scalable and maintainable backend services. You will leverage modern tools, collaborate closely across functional teams (Product, Design, Sales), and actively contribute to improving our technical solutions and Agile processes.

What You'll Do

Hands-on development of highly scalable and maintainable backend services. Proactively suggest and use appropriate tools, frameworks, and techniques to solve challenges including customer experience, data processing, and microservice architecture. Collaborate effectively across Product, Design, and Sales teams. Share technical solutions through code reviews, design reviews, pair programming, and presentations. Identify and implement areas for Agile process improvement.

What You'll Need

Strong technical skills to build scalable backend services, primarily using Python (any framework). Analytical skills and a love for problem-solving and continuous process improvement. Good understanding of databases, OO design, data structures, and SOLID principles. Strong desire to work collaboratively with peers and business teams. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
