Senior BMS Engineer

Our client is an established global engineering company who are looking to bring on board a Senior BMS Engineer to join their team. This is a lead role, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for a team of engineers ensuring that there is smooth operation and maintenance of BMS systems. This is a role, where the person will be joining a growing team where they can eventually progress into a management position. Benefits Salary up to £65,000

Dependent on Experience Pension of up to 10% 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Option to buy and sell 5 days holiday Company Car + Paid Overtime Ongoing training and progression In this role you will be responsible for: Supervising and coordinate planned reactive maintenance for BMS systems Lead a team of 3-4 Engineers Providing technical guidance and mentoring when required Conduct site audits, system health checks, and performance evaluations Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery What they are looking for? Proven experience with BMS systems Experience in a supervisor or team leadership role.
