Your new company A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its expanding team. Your new role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering a full suite of Design and Building Surveying services across a variety of projects. This includes defect analysis, condition surveys, contract administration, and leading small to medium-sized construction schemes. You'll also manage client relationships, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sectors.
What you'll need to succeed: RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards full RICS membership Strong all-round Building Surveying experience Experience in both pre-and post-contract project management Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS; Revit experience is a plus Understanding of BIM Level 2 and NEC Supervisor responsibilities Excellent comm...
