Position: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with senior surveyors to deliver exceptional service to clients across both commercial and high-value residential sectors. You will primarily focus on the high-end, super-prime residential market, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, funds, investors, and other key stakeholders to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a wide range of building surveying services, including building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works.
- Providing expert advice and project management on luxury property and high-quality residential projects.
- Managing client relationships, including liaising with high-net-worth individuals, developers, investors, and consultants.
- Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Staying abreast of health & safety legislation, and acting as Principal Designer (PD) when required.
- Proactively managing contractors and consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Taking an active role in networking and business development to further your career growth.
Key Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works.
- Familiarity with the luxury property market and high-end residential sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage contractors and consultants effectively.
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and the ability to act as Principal Designer (PD) when required.
- Self-motivated with a desire for career progression and opportunities to network within the industry.
