This role focuses on social housing, planned works and technical surveying delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying instructions across residential portfolios
• Manage refurbishment and planned works projects
• Diagnose defects and produce technical reports
• Oversee contract administration and procurement
• Supervise junior surveyors and support team delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Residential and social housing experience
• Experience across project and professional services
• Full UK driving licence
