Senior Building Surveyor Location: Central London Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office / on site We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor with strong technical expertise and a proven background in project management.

The Role You will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying and project management services across varied property portfolios, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Deliver professional building surveying services across multiple projects Lead and manage site-based works, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme delivery Take ownership of project management duties, from inception through to completion Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively Prepare reports, specifications, and project documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standardsKey Requirements Proven experience working as a Building Surveyor at a senior level Strong project management background (highly desirable) Demonstrable experience managing site-based works Excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative consultancy team PLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email
