Senior Business Analyst up to £50,000 Hybrid, Sheffield Responsibilities
Identify, investigation, analyse and communicate complex business problems across complex projects and programmes of work. Coach and mentor team members. Lead workshops and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs within products or services. Produce documentation to support projects and programmes of work. Lead analysis and information gathering for evidence based recommendations for improvements.
Experience
Experience of software development using Agile methodologies. Experience of conducting analysis, investigations and evidence gathering for business improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience of leading discovery and alpha phase activities. Experience of improving business analysis practice.
Salary They offer a salary package of up to £50,000 plus benefits. Location The client is based in Sheffield and they are looking for someone to be in office 2x per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
