We're partnering with a scaling consultancy renowned for delivering high-impact digital services across central and local government. As they continue to expand, they're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their expert team.

About the Role

You’ll lead the discovery and delivery of digital services that align with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards, working closely with stakeholders across departments to understand needs, define requirements, and design user-centric solutions. Expect to work on meaningful, large-scale transformation projects that directly impact citizens and public services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading business analysis work across the full delivery lifecycle
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and user research to gather requirements
• Creating clear and actionable documentation: user stories, process maps, and service blueprints
• Working in agile multi-disciplinary teams alongside delivery managers, designers, and developers
• Ensuring solutions align with GDS principles and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within digital government programmes
• Strong knowledge of GDS lifecycle and public sector ways of working
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable user stories
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
• A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership

What’s On Offer:

£57,000 - £70,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
