Position Overview

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
• Generate and manage qualified leads through digital platforms
• Conduct structured conversations with prospective clients (phone/Zoom)
• Support client onboarding and overall client experience
• Mentor and guide new team members
• Operate independently with a high level of accountability

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
• Confident using digital tools and online platforms
