On-call responsibilities
shared between the senior team Pay Rate: ·
£14.25 per hour Key Responsibilities: · Supporting the day-to-day running of the home alongside management · Leading shifts and supervising care staff · Administering medication in line with training and policies · Ensuring high standards of person-centred care at all times · Acting as a senior point of contact for staff, residents, and families · Maintaining accurate care documentation and contributing to care planning Requirements: · Previous experience as a
Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader ·
Medication trained · Experience within
elderly residential care ·
