We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Nights to join a highly experienced team supporting people living with dementia and mental health conditions. This senior night role offers leadership, supervision, and high-quality care during the overnight period.

Staff promote independence and offer a variety of comfortable spaces, including multiple lounges, a summer house, a bar, a small manmade beach, and private gardens with peaceful water features. Residents can choose where to spend time across three open units: • ‘Bay’ unit – bar and large conservatory • ‘Lilies’ unit – hair and beauty salon • ‘Orchids’ unit – lounge and activities room that doubles as a cinema and sensory (snoezelen) space
