You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support. A day in the life of a Night Senior Care Assistant with Orbis Education and Care Involves: * Act as shift leader Assist in ensuring service scouring standards are maintained. * Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities. * Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. * Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans. * Promote and celebrate homes achievements. To be a successful Senior Care Assistant with Orbis Education and Care, you'll need: * Experience in a positive support environment. * QCF level 3 qualified. * Experience in managing challenging behaviour. * Knowledge of statutory regulations. * Lead by example and always act as a positive role model. * Upload company policies and standards. * Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding. * Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments. * Ability to work a rotating night shift pattern.
