Senior Care Assistant (Temporary)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will: Lead and support a team of Care Assistants on shift
Administer medication in line with policies and procedures
Develop and update care plans
Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with care standards
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home
Medication administration training (essential)
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
A caring, patient, and professional approach
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
