Total estimated expected earnings, up to £17.51 per hour **You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered ** W hat you will bring to the role : Previous experience as a S CDP within a new opening or high-profile restaurant / hotel.

Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.

Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill , sauce or sauté.

Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment .

Order and manage inventory for your section.

Train and supervise junior chefs and commis

Assist with menu planning and development.

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
