Location: Hamble, SO31
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 48 hours per week
Salary: £32,500 (Plus tronc)

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded private establishment in Hamble, known for its exceptional food standards, stunning riverside location, and welcoming team culture.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and smooth kitchen operations. You'll take ownership of your section, support junior team members, and work closely with the Sous Chef to uphold the venue's excellent reputation for both dining and events.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading your section and ensuring all dishes meet required standards.

Supporting, training, and motivating junior chefs.

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and menu development.

Deputising for the Sous Chef when needed.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.

Confident working independently in a busy, quality-focused kitchen.

A positive attitude and strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Solid knowledge of food safety, allergen control, and kitchen best practices.
