The role of Senior Chef de Partie:
Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection andin accordance withestablished standards.
Take responsibility formaintainingimpeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
Cook seasonal?classic European cuisine, using quality?fresh?ingredients.
As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll bring:
Experience in a busy and organised kitchen, with the ability to support multiple sections and guide a team of junior chefs.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, calm approach under pressure and sense of collaboration youre our greatest asset!
