The Role We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Technician to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Essex.

With a strong reputation in Civil & Structural Engineering, this well-established firm supports a wide range of projects in the residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.

Known for their innovative and cost-effective design solutions, they work across all stages of a project - from feasibility to detailed design and construction.

What You'll Be Doing Producing detailed civil engineering designs and drawings using Civil 3D Supporting engineers in the delivery of highways, drainage, and infrastructure schemes Working on a variety of developments, including private and public sector projects Collaborating with internal design teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Benefits Include: Business Mileage: Reimbursed as per company expenses policy (excluding home-to-office travel) Annual Leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata from January-December), including 3 days for the Christmas office closure Life Assurance: Provided through MetLife Group Probation: 6-month period with a 3-month mid-term review Hybrid Working: After probation review - 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home Pension: Auto-enrolment with Royal London after 3-month review (5% employee / 3% employer contribution) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and work on a variety of exciting projects.
