Job Description
Senior Commercial Manager | London/Norfolk
An exciting opportunity for commercially-sharp Commercial Managers. A pivotal role for someone who thrives on negotiating complex deals, managing contract lifecycles, and driving profitable growth. You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with sales, finance, legal, and operations to structure agreements that are both competitive and commercially sound. If you're a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end contract drafting, negotiation, and management across client, supplier, SLA, and licensing agreements.
Develop and advise on pricing strategies, financial terms, and commercial structures.
Manage bids and tenders in line with compliance and risk frameworks.
Serve as the primary commercial interface for both clients and internal stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, operations).
Track contract performance, analyse KPIs, and maintain a centralised contract database.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in commercial contracts, pricing, or procurement
Strong negotiation skills with complex, high-value agreements
Financial acumen — comfortable with margin analysis, pricing models, and Excel
Clear, persuasive communicator with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with CLM platforms and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, Business Central)
Degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field (MBA or legal qualification a bonus)
The role would require split working between the London and Norfolk office, with travel as required.
