You will initially manage a mixed commercial portfolio across South London and Kent, while working closely with the Directors to strengthen processes, grow the team and expand the management offering. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support the commercial property management team
Drive improvements across processes, reporting, service delivery and operational performance
Work with Directors on departmental strategy, operational development and portfolio expansion
Support the onboarding of new instructions and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
Manage a mixed commercial property portfolio across retail, office and industrial sectors
Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management
Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships effectively
Experience within a small to mid‑sized commercial property environment
Confident communicator with clear leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
MRICS desirable, but not essential for candidates with the right level of experience and capability
