Hybrid What you'll be doing Underwriting cross-class commercial risks across Property, Liability and PI Reviewing and pricing business with a focus on quality and long-term profitability Supporting the development and scaling of new schemes and products Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining underwriting discipline Working closely with senior underwriting leadership on strategy and direction What they're looking for Strong commercial underwriting experience across multiple classes Technically minded - with solid attention to detail and wording knowledge Confident making underwriting decisions independently MGA or insurer background beneficial Someone who genuinely values underwriting quality over chasing volume Why this role?
