Senior Commercialisation Managers

to support this expansion. THE ROLE These roles focus on supporting the commercial journey of novel technologies, from early assessment through to market engagement. This role is aimed at experienced professionals who can lead complex technology opportunities end-to-end. You will manage portfolios, shape commercial strategies, engage senior stakeholders and provide mentoring and line management to Commercialisation Managers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluating new technologies and identifying viable market opportunities Conducting market and competitor analysis Developing value propositions, commercial strategies and early business cases Supporting licensing activity and new venture creation Building strong relationships with technical experts and external partners Managing commercial pipelines and maintaining accurate documentation ESSENTIAL SKILLS Proven experience delivering

commercial deals, licensing or venture creation Strong understanding of
