Duties

Support the business as the Compliance advisory SME. Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles Undertake reviews of regulatory developments Create & maintain relevant compliance policies & procedures Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports. Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business. Design and deliver compliance training Key Stakeholder management with the business

Knowledge and experience:

Good regulatory advisory experience within the Lloyd's market. Strong compliance experience within Lloyds managing agent. Strong business partnering experience. Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential) Experience of working with senior management.
