Senior Compliance Manager - Lloyds Market

London/Hybrid

Duties

• Support the business as the Compliance advisory SME.
• Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles
• Undertake reviews of regulatory developments
• Create & maintain relevant compliance policies & procedures
• Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports.
• Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business.
• Design and deliver compliance training
• Key Stakeholder management with the business

Knowledge and experience:

• Good regulatory advisory experience within the Lloyd's market.
• Strong compliance experience within Lloyds managing agent.
• Strong business partnering experience.
• Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential)
• Experience of working with senior management.
