What you'll be doing as the Senior Compliance Manager:

Lead and evolve a robust Quality Management System across all sites, ensuring compliance with BRC, major retailer COPs, and third-party certification bodies. Drive internal and external audit readiness, leading site audit strategies, GMP inspections, and supplier risk assessments-especially in packaging and traceability. Generate and deliver key technical KPIs, supporting performance reviews, customer reporting, and strategic quality initiatives to keep us ahead of industry expectations. Head up HACCP, TACCP & VACCP teams, managing documentation, validation, recall simulations, and continuous improvement cycles. Oversee document control and training frameworks, making sure all policies are live, shared, and embedded across departments.
