The Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory, is responsible for designing and executing external engagement strategies that support Medical Affairs objectives across the product lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on pre-launch activities. Operating mainly in Global and US markets, the role combines expertise in Medical Affairs, strategic communications, and data analytics to deliver impactful omnichannel engagement programs. Key responsibilities include developing tailored communication strategies, using advanced planning methodologies such as behaviour-based segmentation and customer journey mapping, and ensuring alignment across multiple channels to meet diverse audience needs. A major aspect of the role is leveraging data and analytics to guide strategy, optimize program performance, and measure impact through defined KPIs. The Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory acts as the primary client contact, presenting insights, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across medical communications, evidence, creative, and technical teams. Beyond client delivery, the role also supports business development by contributing to pitches and demonstrating the value of innovative engagement strategies. Success in this position requires a mix of analytical and creative skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred Minimum of 6 years' experience of strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
