The Role
As Team Manager, youll take ownership of leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruitment consultants across both temporary and permanent desks. Your remit will include:
Driving divisional growth through strategic headcount expansion and client development.
Leading from the front with hands-on recruitment activity where needed.
Coaching, mentoring, and motivating consultants to achieve their full potential.
Developing business strategies, setting KPIs, and managing budgets.
Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
Creating a high-performance culture built on accountability, support, and success.
This is a role for a consultative, people-focused manager who enjoys staying close to the business while shaping its future direction.
About You
Youll be a confident, energetic leader with experience in a recruitment consultancy environment. Education recruitment experience is ideal, but strong managers from other sectors will also be considered.
You will bring:
