The Role
Managing a range of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and ongoing administration
Acting for vulnerable clients and advising on financial management, care arrangements, and capacity issues
Handling high‑value cases, often involving clients with serious injuries or complex needs
Liaising with families, case managers, medical professionals, and other third parties
Preparing applications, reports, and correspondence for the Court of Protection
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Supporting the wider private client or clinical negligence teams where appropriate

About You
Qualified solicitor with strong experience in Court of Protection work
Excellent understanding of mental capacity law and related procedures
Confident managing complex cases independently
