You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with company procedures as well as relevant legislation. Key skills and responsibilities include: Inspect and deal all games within the casino, ensuring table security is to the highest standard possible. Carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures and soft count operations. Ensure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to. Explaining the rules of games to customers, as well as other club facilities. Excellent customer service skills. Acknowledgement and understanding of customers' needs. An efficient team player. Personal Functional License (PFL) required. Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
