Job Description:
The Role We’re looking for a curious and commercially minded Senior Customer Analyst to join our Brand & Marketing team on a fixed term contract until March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we use data to understand our customers across TK Maxx and Homesense in Europe. You’ll play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and more personalised experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end customer analytics projects across loyalty, email, paid media, and e-commerce. Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders across the business. Build scalable models and reports to support marketing strategy and test-and-learn initiatives. Join data from multiple sources to uncover customer behaviours and opportunities. Champion a data-led culture and help develop talent within the team.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in customer analytics, ideally within a retail or marketing environment. Advanced SQL skills; Power BI, Google Analytics and Python knowledge a plus. Strong communication skills – able to simplify the complex and influence decisions. A collaborative mindset and a passion for understanding customer behaviour. Experience with A/B testing and marketing performance measurement.
