My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team on a temporary basis. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this role is key to maintaining the exceptional service standards we are proud to deliver to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Develop a strong understanding of our products and services Record non-conformities and produce system reports Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues across the business Support the Customer Service Manager and Business Development Manager with additional tasks as required Occasionally deputise for the Customer Service Manager
