£60,000 - £70,000 – 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover, starting October)

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll join the UK Data Team and work closely with global colleagues to build scalable data products and deliver high-impact commercial insights. This role blends analytics and BI, with projects spanning marketing performance, customer behaviour, and product development. You’ll play a key role in monitoring performance, shaping promotional strategies, and driving customer retention — all while working with a modern tech stack and collaborating across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, manipulate, and analyse data from Snowflake and other sources
• Build and maintain DBT models to support analytics
• Develop impactful dashboards and visualisations in Tableau
• Monitor business performance and customer behaviour to guide strategic decisions
• Analyse marketing activity, including promotions, spend, and retention metrics
• Collaborate with the global product team to develop scalable analytics solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in analytics/BI roles, ideally with marketing performance exposure
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau (or similar)
• Commercially minded, able to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a hybrid analytics and BI remit
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, international environments
