Reporting into the Director of Data Management, this role will be responsible for managing the Data Governance team and Data Analysts, ensuring that data standards, policies, and governance practices are embedded across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role with significant responsibility, perfect for an experienced data professional who wants to combine team leadership with practical Data Governance and Data Management work. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts and Governance specialists, ensuring high-quality output and team development Implement and maintain Data Governance policies, standards, and frameworks Oversee day-to-day data management activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance Work closely with the Director of Data Management to deliver on enterprise-wide data initiatives Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed data governance and quality best practices

About You

Proven experience in Data Governance and Data Management, with a hands‑on approach Experience with data catalogue/metadata tools and MDM platforms Strong track record of managing teams, coaching and developing analysts or data professionals Experience in implementing data standards, policies, and governance frameworks Experience in large, complex organisations (Telco, Financial Services, Utilities, or similar preferred)
